To be able to reset two-factor authentication for a user you must have admin access.
Follow these steps:
1. Click on “Users” under “Administration” and choose the correct user.
2. When the correct user is chosen, click on “Reset two-factor authentication”
3. Please confirm
4. Reset is confirmed
