Riverty Back in Flow expanding across borders with Orbyt

Riverty is an international debt-collection agency with branches all across Europe. They recover debts for their clients while actively helping debtors manage their repayments.


Riverty Services Denmark A/S (Riverty Back in Flow) is a part of Riverty, a global financial services provider which is part of Bertelsmann Group. Riverty is an existing Orbyt customer, and they are expanding the partnership across the Nordics.



“We work closely with Riverty, and since they already had an agreement with Orbyt, it was a clear choice for us to do the same. The main reason for choosing Orbyt was our plans to expand across borders. Orbyt is present in all countries we operate in, and having one vendor instead of many is of clear value to us”

“We are working on providing a solution where we can operate across borders, but still print letters in the country where the customers are residents. We want to operate and distribute locally in each country and have a strong local presence as well as set our mark as a European debt collection company”

says Simon.



In Denmark, almost everyone has a digital mailbox (e-Boks), so this is a channel where presence is a must. Now when Orbyt is implementing e-Boks, BS, and Nemhandel to Riverty, it was a no-brainer to expand the partnership and get Riverty Back in Flow onboard as well.



“This is a game changer. e-Boks is an official digital mailbox, and it will legitimize our company by using this channel. People do not trust SMS and email like they did before. e-Boks is more trusted, it is cheaper and faster than other channels”
